Happy Halloween

Seems like we’ve been celebrating Halloween for a few weeks now.  We started getting in the Halloween spirit by making some cookies I used to make at Halloween when I was young…ghost cookies!  All set up and ready to start…

Dipping a cookie into it’s ghost coating…

Giving it some eyes…

Can you tell which one Cohen did?

We made good use of Cohen’s Halloween costume this year.  I think he wore it four different times.  This is the first time, getting ready for our church’s Fall Festival.  I know I’m biased, but he’s the cutest little golfer I know…

He had a great time, but his favorite part of the whole night was the bounce house…

He begged to ride the little choo choo train…

But wasn’t so fond of it once it actually started moving…

He got his hand painted with a baseball…

And decorated a cookie…although I think more sprinkles ended up in his mouth than on the cookie…

Friday we got to go up to the preschool for the Costume Parade.  It was SO cute seeing all of the little kiddos dressed up.  Here’s Cohen with the other kids from his class…

Some of you might be wondering why Cohen has a bandaid on his head (again).  We were at our bible study on Thursday night and he fell right into the corner of the kitchen cabinet.  Luckily we didn’t have to go the the ER, but his poor head seems to always take the brunt of his injuries…

Last night we went to Halloween on Main Street.  Cohen had fun trick or treating in all of the stores, but the highlight of his evening was getting to stand on the firetruck…

Today we carved a pumpkin…

…made our annual trick or treat run to John & Jacki’s house and passed out candy to the trick or treaters in our neighborhood.  It’s been a fun couple of weeks.  Hope you had a Happy Halloween!!

He’s def. the cutest golfer I’ve ever seen! That was an awesome costume, and very original, which I love.

Another bump on the head? Tell John to stop pushing him into the kitchen cabinets! I love his Halloween costume :)
